Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

• Enjoy free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

• Order subtotal must meet $75 after all discounts have been applied to qualify.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

• Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed within the next 2 business days.

• Expedited Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excludes pre-ordered items).

Pre-Order Items

• Items marked “Pre-order” will ship on or around the estimated ship date provided in the product description.

Shipping Carrier

• All orders are shipped via USPS.

• Ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect information.

Tracking Information

• If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please file a claim with USPS.

• Serene Adornments is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Delayed Shipping

• In rare cases of shipping delays, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.
