If the package is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit in the form of a Serene Adornments gift card (excluding shipping costs).

Tracking & Delivery Issues: If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Serene Adornments is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Pre-Order Items
- Shipping for Pre-Orders: Items marked as “Pre-order” in the product title will ship on or around the estimated ship date listed in the product description.
Delayed Shipping
- Carrier Delays: In the rare event of a shipping delay, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Serene Adornments is not responsible for delayed packages once shipped.
Refunds & Sales
- No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
